For home service owners and their teams
Your team can run the week without waiting on you.
You have a better business than you think you have. What's missing isn't the ability to run one — it's the system, and a system is something you can hand out. GameTime OS makes the week the unit: you say what it has to produce, the work goes out with names and dates on it, and your team reads the same thing you do.
Coach AI and six Directors. Meet them
Plans from $10 a month, billed from day one, and you can cancel yourself any time.
The problem
You're playing without a playbook
Nobody handed you a system
You learned how to do the work, and then you were running a business — two different jobs, one of which came with training.
So everything routes through you
The team waits on you for the morning, the priority and the answer. Seventy-hour weeks are the symptom, not the disease.
And that's just wrong
Good operators lose games they should win — not for lack of skill, but because no one ever ran the film with them.
The guide
Coaches don't score. You do.
You're the one on the truck, in the estimate, making the call. GameTime OS doesn't take that over. It gives you what a coaching staff gives an athlete: a playbook, a cadence to operate on, and someone in your ear who has seen this before.
Coach AI, with a bench of specialists beneath them, supports you. Ask Coach AI anything. It answers, or it consults the Directors who actually own the question and comes back with one plan instead of six opinions. Every one of them is shaped by your Company Settings, so the answer is about your business rather than a category.
What it doesn't do
The Staff has no web access. It cannot browse, search the web or fetch a page. What it reads is the published GameTime library — and when it needs something from outside your business, it asks you for it. We would rather it say "I haven't seen that" than describe a website it has never read.
What a consultation looks like
- Checked the Library — Ninety Days to Ready — “Phase 3 — Will anybody give you work?”
- Director of Sales — Where are we losing quotes at the follow-up stage?
- Director of Operations — Can the team absorb four more jobs a week in August?
- Director of Finance — What does that do to margin at current pricing?
- Proposed the next move — two Plays and one Drive, for you to accept or decline
It checks the written playbook first, pulls in the Directors who own the question, and ends with a proposal — not an action. Nothing lands in your week until you say yes. An assistant you cannot audit is an assistant you cannot trust.
Your AI Staff
A coaching staff for every part of the business
Coach AI leads. Six Directors each own one part of the business, with a bench of specialists behind them. Ask the Coach anything and the Director who owns the question gets pulled in. You still make the call.
Coach AI
Head Coach
Ask anything about your business. Coach AI answers, or pulls in the Directors who own the question and comes back with one plan.
Director of Sales
Follow-up, estimates, close rates and the sales conversation itself.
Director of Marketing
Reviews, local search, your offers and the paid channels you run.
Director of Operations
Scheduling, quality, checklists and the daily Huddle.
Director of Technology
Your software and setup, and keeping the tools out of the way of the work.
Director of People
Hiring, onboarding, training and keeping good people.
Director of Finance
Pricing, margins, cash flow and job costing.
Every face here is an AI agent, not a person you hire or call. The mark on each portrait goes wherever the Staff does in GameTime OS, so you always know when an answer came from AI.
The plan
Three steps, starting this week
Step 01
Say what the week has to produce
Not goals for the year. The two or three things that have to be true by Friday for this week to have counted.
Step 02
Put a name and a date on every piece
Work someone can finish this week is a Play — 7 days, one owner. Anything longer is a Drive, broken into dated Steps. Nothing floats.
Step 03
Close the week out loud
Friday's Wrap Up: what got added, what got resolved, what the team hears. Everybody ends the week knowing whether it happened — not guessing.
The rule underneath all of it: every commitment has exactly one home, and what sorts them is length, not importance. If it can be finished in a week it's a Play. If it takes 2–12 weeks it's a Drive with dated Steps. A problem is a Flag — thrown, given three solutions, and called. The most common way a plan dies is that nobody can say where a piece of it lives.
Not sure which of the three you're actually short on? The Operator's Map takes your last twelve months and a number you want to hit, and names the constraint that binds and the worst leak — in plain English.
Get startedYour team
Everybody knows what winning looks like this week
Your teammates get their own logins, and what they see is decided by what they do. A GM runs the business beside you. A supervisor contributes to the meeting without driving it. An employee sees their own work and this morning's post, and nothing else.
How many seats you get is the plan you're on. Take a seat back and their access ends immediately — not at the end of the month, and not after somebody remembers to do it.
The morning post
Three things, the hazard, and where you'll be today — written once, before the first job. Record thirty seconds of film if that's faster than typing. They read it on a phone and tap Got it, and you can see who has.
My GameTime
Every person's own page: what's assigned to them, what's due, and what they finished. Nobody has to ask what they're on, and nobody has to be asked.
Coach AI, one seat at a time
Hand a teammate their own access to the Staff with one switch, and take it back the same way. The whole team draws on one monthly pool — and the pool is the only thing that ever pauses. The week never does.
And when the team needs to be bigger, Recruitment tracks candidates by stage on the same board as everything else.
What you get
The parts a week actually needs
Open the book for the job in front of you
Then take it to Coach AI — the question is already written.
Shown with a made-up business.
Ask the owners who've done it
Owners in the trade answer each other.
Every business, owner and reply shown is made up.
The Huddle
The Start of Day post, written by you or your GM and read by everyone before the first job. No timer — it is a post, not a meeting.
The Win the Week Meeting
The weekly leaders meeting, carrying the system's name. 45 timed minutes by default, an agenda that runs itself, and the words in it are yours.
The Wrap Up
Friday's record: what got added, what got resolved, what got communicated. The week closes rather than trailing off.
My Team
Your roster of real people — the org chart, who reports to whom, and up to 5 responsibilities each. Humans, not agents. When a job has no name against it, that shows.
The Scoreboard
Your numbers by month, not as a running total — because a total is only true the day you type it, and a month is a closed period. Connect Jobber and it proposes the month off your paid invoices; you still approve it.
The Library
Forty books mapped across seven categories, in the order a business actually needs them, published one at a time. More than eighty Assignments are written across all forty: the standing jobs, each with the cadence and the person who runs it.
The numbers
One number a month, and what it means
You type your numbers a month at a time, on the ten steps a home service business actually runs on — from the phone ringing to the referral. Mark the step that's holding you back and it stays marked until it isn't.
The calculators are free and need no account, if you want to start there.
The monthly Read
On Dynasty, turn it on and the Director of Finance reads your own numbers once a month and brings back what changed and what to do about it — as Plays you accept or decline. You don't have to ask; it comes to you.
What changes
A year that doesn't look like the last one
Decisions stop routing through you, because the work has names on it and the names have logins. The week ends on a record instead of a feeling. Your best people can see what winning looks like, so they stay. And the business becomes something that runs — which is the only kind anyone would ever buy.
And if nothing changes
The same season again. Still on the truck at fifty. Your best technician leaves for someone who has a system. You plateau at the ceiling of your own hours — and you own an asset nobody would buy, because there's no business without you in it.

You're more ready than you think you are
You pay for the playbook either way. Either somebody hands it to you, or you buy it in mistakes — at retail, over three years, with your own money.
What's missing isn't the ability to run a business. It's the system, and that part can be handed over.
Get startedWhat's here for you today
- Ask the Staff. Licensing, pricing your first jobs, what to buy before you buy a truck — the Directors answer now, from day one.
- Run the numbers. The calculators are free and need no account, and so are the guides to your own retirement plan: SEP vs. SIMPLE vs. Solo 401(k) and paying your kids in your business. Your figures stay in your browser unless you ask us to email them.
- Open the Doors is where to start. Ninety Days to Ready, Licensing, Insurance & Setup, Your Truck & Equipment, Your First Ten Customers, and Pay Yourself First are published. See what each Playbook covers.
One week is enough to tell.
Set the win conditions, hand out the Plays, run the Wrap Up on Friday. If it doesn't change how the week feels — for you or for them — you'll know by Friday too.
