Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and GameTime Brands ("we", "us") for the use of GameTime OS at gametimeos.app. By creating an account you accept them.
Your account
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your login credentials to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
One account represents one business. You may add your own team members to it. You may not resell access or share a single login across separate businesses.
Your content is yours
Everything you put into GameTime OS — your Plays, Drives, Flags, Messages, team roster, sales figures, files and conversations — remains yours. You grant us only the licence we need to host it, display it back to you, back it up, and pass the necessary parts to the processors named in our Privacy Policy so the product can work.
We do not use your business content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.
The League
The League is the community inside GameTime OS, open to business owners on the platform. What you post there — posts, replies and votes — is shown to other operators under your name and handle, and you grant us the licence to display it to them for as long as it stays up. It stays yours; delete it and it is gone.
The League has rules, shown before your first post and at /league/rules: talk business, name what worked and never who is to blame, disagree with a question, nothing for sale. Anyone can report a post, and an automated read checks every post against the rules after it publishes and files a report when it sees a problem. Reports go to the League Office. A person decides; a post or reply that breaks the rules may be removed, and you will be told why. Repeated breaches can end your access to The League without ending your account.
The Head Coach — an AI — may reply publicly in The League when the League Office asks it to. Its replies are marked as the Coach and never carry a person's name. If you close your account, your League posts and replies are deleted with it.
People on your team
When you add someone to My Team, you confirm you are allowed to share their information with us and that you have told them. That obligation is yours, not ours.
You may invite people on My Team to sign in with their own accounts, up to the number of seats your plan includes. A teammate account can see your business's Plays, Drives, Flags and Messages, and can mark its own work done; it cannot see your sales figures, billing, or hiring records. You can revoke a teammate's access at any time, and you are responsible for revoking it when someone leaves. Teammate accounts belong to the people who create them; what they can see belongs to your business.
Brands, and what their Front Office can see
Some businesses on GameTime OS belong to a brand — one head office and many independent operators. If your account is a member of a brand, that brand's Front Office publishes the Game Plans and Assignments you see on your Playbook pages, and it can see that your account is a member: your name and your company name.
A brand's Front Office can work inside your GameTime, and you can see when it does. A person from your brand's head office can take a seat on your Team — the same kind of seat as a teammate you hire — and while they hold it they see your business the way a General Manager does: your Plays, Drives, Flags, Scoreboard, sales figures, Huddle and team. They can work in it too: start a Win the Week with you, add a Play, throw a Flag. This is so your brand can coach you, and it is how brand membership works here.
Three things are always true about that seat. It appears on your My Team screen with the person's name on it, so you can see who has it. You can remove it, from the same screen, at any time and without asking anyone. And it does not use up one of the seats your plan pays for.
We still send your brand no reports about your business, and it cannot read across its operators — there is no dashboard ranking you against other locations. A Front Office sees one business at a time, by opening it, the same way you do.
Your Coach AI conversations are yours and are not part of this.
Brand membership is granted and removed by the brand or by us, not by you. If you want to leave a brand, ask the brand or email us.
People you're hiring
When you add a candidate in Recruitment, you confirm you are allowed to share their information with us and that your use of it complies with the hiring laws that apply to you. That obligation is yours, not ours.
Scores you give your people
The People check records your own assessment of the people who work for you. It is a coaching tool, not an employment process: the bands and the suggested next steps are a framework for you as the owner, not advice on hiring, discipline or termination. Decisions about employment are yours, and so is complying with the employment laws that apply to you.
Owner's Box
Owner's Box is arithmetic on the reports and debts you give it, and it is only as accurate as your books. Its statements are built from your QuickBooks reports and the debts you list, in QuickBooks' own accounts and totals; they are not compiled, reviewed or audited by an accountant. Each color is scored against a line printed on the page — GameTime's starting band for a home service business, a line lenders commonly use, or a target you set — and none of them is a lender's decision, a credit assessment or a benchmark of your trade. What the business could be worth is an estimate from a multiple you choose, not an appraisal. None of it is accounting, tax, lending, investment or valuation advice; confirm anything you act on with your accountant or your lender.
If you connect QuickBooks Online, you confirm the QuickBooks company is your business's and that you may share its reports with us. We only read: the reports are your books as they stand when you press Pull, and we never change anything in QuickBooks. Your QuickBooks account itself is governed by Intuit's terms, not ours, and you can disconnect from either side at any time.
If you tell Owner's Box how your business files its taxes, its report adds questions to take to your CPA, some with a rough figure. A rough figure is worked from your books alone at the published rates for the tax year the report names, and rounded; it leaves out everything on your own return the books can't see, so what you owe will differ. The questions are not tax advice and do not tell you what to do; your CPA decides what applies to you.
What the AI Staff is, and is not
The Staff produces suggestions, not professional advice. It is not a lawyer, an accountant, a tax adviser, a doctor or an HR professional, and it is instructed to give you frameworks rather than verdicts on legal, tax, medical and employment questions. It can be wrong, and it can be confidently wrong.
You are responsible for every decision you make. Check anything that carries legal, financial or safety consequences with a qualified professional before you act on it.
The Staff has no access to the internet. It cannot browse, search or read any page, including your own website.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the product for anything unlawful, or to produce sexual, harassing or harmful content;
- attempt to access another operator's data, or probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission;
- scrape the product, resell its output as your own product, or use it to build a competing service;
- upload malware, or content you do not have the right to upload;
- place automated load on the service that degrades it for others.
We may suspend an account that breaches this, and we will tell you why.
Plans and payment
Plans and prices are shown on our pricing section and on the Plan screen in the product. There is no free plan: you choose a plan when you sign up and it is billed from that day, in advance, monthly or annually. You can change or cancel your plan, update your card and download your receipts yourself on the Plan screen; card details are taken by our payment provider’s own form there. A change of plan takes effect straight away: the difference is charged that day or, when you move to a smaller plan, credited toward your next bills. If you would rather we did it, email us and we will action it the same day.
Unless a plan states a minimum term, you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused time, but if something has genuinely gone wrong, email us — we would rather sort it out than argue about it.
Dynasty can be paid monthly or annually. Paid monthly, it works like any other plan — cancel whenever you like and keep access to the end of the month you have paid for. Paid annually, it costs less per month and covers a full year from the day you start; cancelling stops the next renewal rather than refunding the year. The included course and conference benefits are for your account and are not transferable or redeemable for cash; benefits not yet redeemed lapse if the plan ends.
Coach AI allowances and token packs. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI tokens, shown on our pricing page and the Plan screen. It is one pool for your whole business and starts fresh on the first of each month; unused tokens do not carry over. When the pool is used up, Coach AI pauses until the month turns over, and the rest of the product keeps working. You can buy a token pack on the Plan screen at any time: it is a one-time charge, it adds to that calendar month’s pool only, and unused pack tokens expire with the month and are not refunded.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to existing account holders. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Third-party offers
Parts of the product point at outside services we think are useful — banking, legal filing, and similar tools. If you sign up for one of them through a link in GameTime OS, we may earn a referral fee. It never costs you more than going direct, and where a page carries such links, it says so on the page.
Pointing at a service is not advice that it fits your situation, and it is not financial or legal advice — the same rule the AI Staff follows. Once you leave GameTime OS, the service's own terms and privacy policy govern, we are not a party to your agreement with them, and we are not responsible for what they do.
Videos by other people
Some Playbooks include a video made by another person or business, because it shows what the book teaches being done well. Each one plays through YouTube's own player, is labelled with the channel it comes from and the words “Not made by GameTime. Not affiliated or sponsored.”, and is never copied or hosted by us. It belongs to the person who made it. Showing it is not an endorsement by them of GameTime OS, or by us of them, and what they say in it is theirs, not ours. YouTube's terms govern its player. If you made one of these videos and want it taken out of a book, write to us at the address below and we will remove it.
Availability
We aim to keep GameTime OS available and we do not offer a formal uptime guarantee. We may take the service down for maintenance, and we will avoid your working hours where we can.
Ending it
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate an account for a material breach of these terms, or with 30 days' notice for any reason. If we terminate without cause, we refund the unused portion of what you have paid.
On closure you may export your data. After 30 days we delete it — see the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give account holders at least 30 days' notice by email. Continuing to use the product after it takes effect means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction.
