GameTime OS and Bloom Growth, side by side
Bloom Growth is a well-known tool for running a leadership team's meetings, numbers and priorities. GameTime OS does that too. This page is about what each is built for, and what a home service owner gets past the meeting.

Where these facts come from
What this page says about Bloom Growth comes from Bloom Growth's own website, checked on October 11, 2026. Software changes, so see Bloom Growth's pricing page (opens in a new tab) for its current plans and prices. We do not print them here, because a price on someone else's page goes out of date without anyone noticing.
Who each is built for
Bloom Growth describes itself as business growth software for leadership teams, with meeting agendas, weekly number tracking, an org chart, priorities and issue tracking, and it offers coaching alongside the software.
GameTime OS is built for home service owners and their crews. It runs the same weekly rhythm, organizes its numbers on the 10 Steps a home service job travels, and reaches past the leadership team to the people doing the work.
What both do
Both cover the core of a weekly operating rhythm:
- A weekly meeting with a set agenda. In GameTime OS, the Win the Week meeting.
- A short list of weekly numbers. In GameTime OS, the Scoreboard.
- Quarterly priorities. In GameTime OS, Drives of two to twelve weeks, broken into dated steps.
- An issues list. In GameTime OS, Flags.
- To-dos. In GameTime OS, Plays due within seven days.
- An org chart. In GameTime OS, My Team.
Bloom Growth's site also lists meeting transcription and AI summaries on its higher plan. Where the two really differ is what comes after the meeting.
What GameTime OS adds
An AI Staff organized like a company
Coach AI and six Directors (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, People and Finance), with specialists behind each Director, answer from your own Company Settings: your trade, your services and the context you give them. When a conversation turns into work, they propose a Play, a Drive or a Flag, and nothing is added until you press the card. Bloom Growth's AI is built to help with its own tools; the Staff is built to help you run each part of the business, every plan included.
Reporting that runs itself
On the Dynasty plan, a financial review arrives on the 1st of each month, built from your own books, with each finding ready to become a Play or a Flag. On every plan, the Scoreboard is organized on the 10 Steps a home service job travels, so a number that moves points at the step that moved it.
Hiring and building the team
Recruitment tracks your openings and candidates from New through Screening, Interview, Offer and Hired. My Team holds your org chart with up to five responsibilities per person, and a private People check helps you assess the right person in the right seat.
The crew, not just the leadership team
The daily Huddle is a morning post your crew reads on their phones and confirms. Each teammate with a login (on Pro and up) sees their own Plays, Drives and Flags on My GameTime. And past the week itself: Listings to keep your directory profiles right (Pro and up), Marketing and paid channel records, the Operator's Map for the owner, the Playbook Library and The League, a community of other owners.
How the price works
Bloom Growth's pricing page lists membership tiers, with coaching available as an add-on. GameTime OS plans are one monthly price for the business, with more seats for teammates on the higher plans and Coach AI and the six Directors on every plan; see GameTime OS pricing. Every plan is paid from day one, and you can change or cancel it yourself at any time.
When Bloom Growth is the better choice
Say it plainly, because it is true:
- You want a human coach bundled with the software from the same company.
- You are not a home service business, and the trade-specific parts of GameTime OS would sit unused.
- You want recorded, transcribed meetings, and your team meets on video.
If any of those is you, Bloom Growth is a sensible pick. If you run a home service business and want the crew, the hiring and an AI Staff in the same place as the meeting, GameTime OS was built for you.
Questions to ask before you choose
Whichever way you lean, ask Bloom Growth and GameTime OS the same things:
- Who will log in? If only the leadership team, most tools work. If the crew should see their own work and the morning plan, check what each plan includes for them.
- Where do the numbers come from? Typed in by hand every week, or read from your own books? Typed numbers are fine, as long as someone owns typing them.
- What happens to a problem after the meeting? Look for a way to give it an owner and a date, not just a line in the notes.
- What does it know about your trade? A tool built for every business will ask you to translate. Decide whether that matters to you.
- What will it cost at next year's size? Price the plan for the team you expect to have, not the team you have today.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Is GameTime OS a Bloom Growth alternative for home service businesses?
Yes. It runs the same weekly rhythm of meeting, numbers, priorities and issues, and adds what a home service business needs past it: a crew huddle, hiring, and an AI Staff that knows your trade.
Does GameTime OS include coaching?
The software's AI Staff coaches through each part of the business on every plan. Human coaching is not sold with GameTime OS plans.
Can I move from Bloom Growth to GameTime OS?
Yes. There is no automatic import, so you re-enter your current numbers, open priorities and team by hand.
Does GameTime OS record or transcribe meetings?
No. The Win the Week meeting runs on the screen in the room, with the numbers, commitments and problems in front of everyone, and the Wrap Up keeps the record of what was decided.
Can I try GameTime OS before I pay?
Every GameTime OS plan is paid from day one, starting at the smallest plan, and you can change or cancel it yourself at any time. The guides and calculators on this site need no account, so you can see how the system thinks before you sign up.
